How to Make Fruit Leather- Gluten Free & Paleo Friendly Snack

Learn how easy it is to make fruit leather (aka- Fruit Rollups) at home! It’s so easy my preschoolers teach you how to do it in this video tutorial! You can play around with the ingredients and sneak in some healthy veggies for the kids too!

This recipe is gluten free & paleo diet friendly. No more artificial colors or flavors in your kid’s snacks! Make them yourself for a more natural & healthy treat!

*I use & recommend organic ingredients*

For this recipe we use:

• 1 cup frozen raspberries

• 1 cup frozen blueberries

• 1 cup frozen blanched kale

• 1 cup fresh strawberries

• juice of 1 lemon

• a few drizzles of local raw honey

To puree the ingredients I use my Vitamix. It is AMAZING! You see in the video how it purees frozen berries and kale with almost no liquid at all. You wouldn’t be able to do that with a plain ‘ol kitchen blender.
