Abbey was fortunate to taste a bunch of new innovative snacks and is really excited to share them with you today!
Let’s get started.
First up, is Angie’s Boomchickapop. It’s only got 140 calories and packed with fiber and protein, so it’s a perfect snack.
Next up is Amazin Raisins. These are sour infused raisins with no sugar added and gluten free. These are great to add to cereal and oatmeal.
Next up is Quest Nutrition Protein Chips. Abbey lived off these in her first trimester of her pregnancy to get her protein in. The whole bag is 130 calories and 21 grams of protein.
Next up is Enlightened Marshmallow Treats. There is 15 grams of protein in one bar.
Next up is Rise Buddy Pizza Chips. These are gluten free, 170 calories per bag and low in sodium. You could also dip these in hummus for an even greater snack.
Next up is Biena Chickpea Snacks. These are roasted chickpeas and great for snacking or throw on a salad or soup or in a wrap.
Finally, the last snack is KIND fruit bites. These have very simple ingredients, without added sugar and a great way to get kids to eat fruit
