Thanksgiving Dishes (gluten-free, refined sugar-free, egg-free, paleo)

Happy Thanksgiving! This week we are making two dishes for Thanksgiving: a sweet potato casserole and caramel cheesecake bites. These dishes are gluten-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free and dairy-free (with modification).
