Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you healthy burrito bowls that make great easy recipes for dinner. You will love how much you can customize these bowls!


Cauli Rice and Chicken made 2 bowls for me!


Burrito Bowl

400g cauliflower rice (was one package for me)

1/2 cup cilantro

1 tbsp avocado oil

chicken thighs (i did 300g for 2 meals)

juice of half a lime

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

frozen veggies seasoned with same seasonings above.

half an avocado

1/4 cup lettuce


Roasted Veggies

2 red peppers

1 large red onion

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

400F for 25 minutes
