Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you 3 easy 10 minute dinner recipes that are easy to make and taste delish. Perfect for those days where you want something delicious and FAST. #paleorecipes #quickdinner #keepupwithliv


Cauliflower Fried Rice (made 2 meals for me)

1 tbsp avocado oil

1-2 cloves garlic, depending on your taste preference

2 cups cauliflower rice

1 bag frozen veggies

2 eggs

green onion for garnish (optional)


Creamy Pesto Zoodles

1 tbsp avocado oil https://amzn.to/2XphI2V

1 clove garlic

1 cup asparagus, chopped (or any green veg).

2 zucchini, spiralized

1/2 cup shrimp (can sub any other protein of choice!)

2 tbsp dairy free cream cheese

1 tbsp pesto


Steak Tacos

2 paleo shells (if don’t have paleo do gluten free)

3 oz grass fed steak (can do any protein of choice)

1/2 avocado

1/4 cup slaw

can also add a salad on the side to this


Dairy Free Cream Cheese

1 cup cashews

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp almond milk

2 tbsp lemon juice

pinch him salt
