This paleo pizza is super quick and easy to prepare and it’s also PACKED with all your favorite cheesy pizza flavors. Using Julian Bakery’s gluten free paleo pizza crust mix as the base, you can pile your ‘za high with all your favorite toppings! We’re putting a healthy spin on the classic, with fresh veggies and dairy-free cheese. This pie is also gluten-free and grain-free and we promise it will fool any pizza lover into thinking it’s the real deal!

Recipe:

Grain free, gluten free, paleo and dairy free – makes one 14’ pizza or two 10’ pizzas


Ingredients/supplies:


½ c water

pinch of salt

Jar of marinara sauce

½ red onion

Minced garlic

¼ cup pepperoni slices (substitute out for a vegetarian meal!)

Handful of basil leaves

Olive oil

¼ c dairy free cheese

Parchment paper

Rolling pin


Preparation:

Preheat oven to 425. Make crust. Combine contents of bag with ½ c water and a pinch of salt. Mix by hand or mixer and form into dough ball. Place on parchment paper and roll out. Prick crust all over with a fork. Place pizza crust into oven and cook 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. Remove crust and add olive oil, marinara sauce, onion, garlic, pepperoni, cheese, and basil. Place back in oven and cook and additional 11-13 minutes or until cheese is melty. Remove and enjoy!
