Join me for a 16 minute adventure where I show you how to make Paleo/ Whole 30 almond bread.

Ingredients:


It’s Golden Star coconut milk not Morning Star. Thank you for clearing that up mom.


3 cups almond flour/meal

3/4 cups coconut milk or any nut milk

1/4 cup meted coconut oil

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp fine sea salt

1 egg


Preheat oven: 350 degrees F

Mix all of the ingredients together

Grease a 9” x 5” baking pan with coconut oil

Put the ingredients in the pan

Place in oven on middle or lower rack

Bake for approximately 45 minutes until top is golden brown

Cool for 20 minutes

Grub and enjoy!
