Coconut bread is a paleo / Keto bread.
Although it is not white flour bread, its a great alternate and yummy. Truely very soft and tasty!!!!
Preparation time : 60mins
Yields : 8 slices

Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3 Tblsp coconut milk
21/2 Tblsp coconut oil at room temperature
Direction:
Add the eggs into the mixer and blend well.
In a big pan add all the dry ingredients and sift it.
Add into eggs and blend well.
Add coconut oil, blend.
Add milk and again blend all for a min.
Preheat the oven at 180 deg C.
Take a small bread tray and line it with a butter/parchment paper.
Pour the egg mixure into it.
Place the tray in the oven.
And bake for 30-40min until the top turns to light brown colour.
Check with tooth pick by inserting into the bread.
Remove and cool for a while and cut into small slices using a sharp knife.
It can be served as a sandwich.
