Hey everyone! In today’s video I am showing you some healthy breakfast ideas that are easy to make! they are the perfect healthy recipes to have for breakfast! #healthybreakfast #breakfast #healthy


Sweet Potato Bowl

1 small sweet potato, cooked

1/3 cup nut milk

1 tbsp ground flaxseed https://amzn.to/2FvXS1b

1 tbsp almond butter (or any other nut or seed butter)https://amzn.to/2KevqiW

1 tsp vanilla

dash cinnamon

toppings: pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, almond butter or whatever you want!


Egg in a hole

1 bagel thin (I use O’Doughs, they are gluten free)

an egg

2 tsp garlic ghee

turkey bacon (nitrite free)

you can have both halves and have two eggs too!


Chocolate Muffins

3/4 cup almond butter (or any other nut or seed butter)

3/4 cup butternut squash https://amzn.to/2FvYnIB

3 eggs

cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 baking soda

350F for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean!


Yogurt Bowl

1/2 cup coconut yogurt

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

2 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp almond butter

3 tbsp grain free granola (Purely Elizabeth)
