3/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/3 cup unsweetened nut milk
4 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 – 1/2 cup Pyure (or sweetener of your choice)
1 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup hemp seeds
4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 tblsp Pumpkin pie spice (OR 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cardamom, and 1/4 tsp clove)
*optional 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Bake at 350 F for 70 minutes.
12 servings
