The Recipe
Serves 1+
Ingredients per person:
50 – 85g smoked, cubed pancetta
1/4 head of broccoli, cut into tiny florets
2-3 dark green cabbage leaves, washed, de-spined rolled & thinly sliced
5 or 6 mushrooms, quartered
Directions:
Heat your pan. Then add the pancetta cubes and cook until lightly crispy.
Add the veggies, stir, pop the lid and leave them for a few minutes. You can add a splash of water at this point to help them steam if you like.
Taste, ensure the veggies are just how you like them, then devour 🙂
