WELL , WELL, WELL at just over 6 g of carbs per square, I would say YOU ARE BANANAS!❤ THESE ARE GREAT, and they really taste like I’m eating bread 😘 Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas (non-ripe bananas will not work! They won’t be sweet enough!)
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup of almond flour
I pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, I ran out of mine the other day and didn’t use any in this video…it’s great without, but I’m sure better in!)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Preheat your oven to 350*F.
Mix first 4 ingredients or 5 if using vanilla, in a food processor until smooth and combined.
Add the remaining Ingredients: baking powder and eggs until just combined. Don’t over-mix your eggs.
Throw batter into a small parchment lined square tin sprayed with coconut oil spray.
Bake in the oven for about 30mins or until the edges are golden In colour.
Let cool for one hour before slicing into 12 equal SQUARES! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
My son(the most picky-eater) kept asking for MORE! LOL He had 3…CLEARLY he is not on Keto! 😆😆😆
