● 1 cup of fresh parsley (handful)
● 2 organic eggs

Baking time: 35 to 45 minutes at 175°C / 340°F (05:54)

▶︎ Step 1: Prepare the dough
1 – Spoon out a pre baked Hokkaido pumpkin (00:23)
2 – grate the pumpkin pulp into the first bowl (01:00)

3 – 150 gr. of buckwheat flour into a second bowl (01:50)
4 – add 200 gr. of ground almonds (02:00)
5 – add 2 to 3 pinches of salt (02:12)
6 – add a pinch of black pepper (02:21)
7 – add a teaspoon of curry (02:32)
8 – add 17 gr. of baking powder (02:50)
9 – add 1 cup of fresh parsley (03:03)
10 – mix all ingredients and place the bowl to the side (03:09)

11 – crack open 2 x eggs into the first bowl with the pumpkin pulp (03:25)
12 – add 3 x tablespoons of linseed oil (03:33)
13 – mix all ingredients until creamy (03:42)

14 – add 1 x tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (03:55)
15 – add the mix from the second bowl and mix all ingredients (04:07)

1 – Place a baking sheet inside a small loaf pan (04:42)

3 – spread the dough evenly (05:15)
