VEGAN/PALEO/AIP PIZZA CRUST RECIPE NOTES:
Makes ~22 Mini Personal Pizzas
2 Lbls Yuca
2.5-3 Cups Water
1.5 Tbls Dried Oregano
1.5 Tbls Dried Basil
2.5 Tbls Coconut Flour + 1 Tbls for rolling out dough https://amzn.to/2Mewx21
4 Tbls Coconut Oil (solid) https://amzn.to/2Mh4WNI
Pressure Cook Yuca + Water in Instant Pot on High Pressure for 30 Minutes.
Mix cooled cooked yuca with all ingredients in Food Processer to form dough.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
