RECIPE FOR “EGG” SALAD:
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 cup hemp seeds
3/4 cup water
1 TBS lemon juice
4 TBS avocado oil
1 tsp ground turmeric
3 TBS pickle juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2-1 tsp sea salt
3 celery stalks – finely chopped
1 spring onion – sliced
2 avocados – cubed
DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend (use food processor) all ingredients except avocado, spring onion, and celery, until creamy.
2. Transfer to bowl and stir in chopped celery, spring onion, and avocado
