The standard concept behind the Paleo diet regimen is 'consuming like a neanderthal'. After all, if you really look at it, the neanderthal must have been surprisingly solid, and astonishingly healthy. After all, there were no drive through windows or cars in the day when the caveman was alive. Rather, they were required to get all their requirements met the way that nature meant, by living off of the ranch.
